We understand the importance of trust when making a large purchase online, especially motorcycles. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Motorcycle Return Policy

Due to the nature of motorcycle sales and registration processes, we do not accept general returns once the vehicle has been delivered and registered in your name. However, we offer return or exchange under the following conditions:

1.1. Eligible Return Cases

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong model or color.
  • The motorcycle was delivered with major visible manufacturing defects or damages.
  • You did not receive accessories or documents (e.g., keys, registration papers, etc.) promised with your order.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

1.2. Ineligible Cases

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Minor cosmetic differences or variations in color due to lighting/screens.
  • Motorcycles already registered with BRTA in your name.
  • Used or damaged products after delivery.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Down Payment Refund

If you cancel your order before shipment or registration, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your down payment.

If your order has already been processed or registered, the down payment is non-refundable.

2.2. EMI or Loan Refunds

Refunds for EMI or loan-based purchases will depend on the policies of the financing partner. We will assist in processing refunds, but Tork Tata Motor is not liable for bank/financer decisions.

2.3. Refund Process Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (bKash, bank transfer, or cash).

4. Special Note

All returns and refunds are governed by our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the policy conditions are not met.
